Cette licence est basée sur le nombre d'utilisateurs RCS provisionnés par pays et inclut : 1- Prise en charge de l'API MNS Google demande aux opérateurs de mettre en œuvre un nouveau mécanisme d'approvisionnement avant la fin de 2022. La mise en œuvre de cette API est obligatoire pour tous les pays en mode opérateur, comme signé avec GOOGLE dans le contrat d'adhésion. La base provisionnée RCS devrait augmenter considérablement avec cette mise en œuvre. Si les pays ne le mettent pas en œuvre, ils perdront la majeure partie de leur base RCS Samsung. La licence inclut le support et les développements pour l'API MNS. 2 - Centre de Compétences RCS Gestion de la relation avec Google : suivi régulier, dépannage et assistance pays 3 - Partage de la connaissance RCS du Groupe et des pays Cette licence inclut la participation à des ateliers nationaux tous les 6 mois et à des groupes d'utilisateurs bimensuels. Au cours de ces réunions, Orange Innovation partage l'actualité des prévisions de marché et pour le Groupe, apparaitra dans l'Application Contract RUN. Préciser la Valeur Ajoutée d'Orange SA sur ce projet. Exemple : gestion de projet/parcours client/support technique en phase de BUILD/architecture technique/négociation de contrat prestataire/supervision/benchmark et partage de KPIs et de bonnes pratiques

This license is based on the number of provisioned RCS users per country and includes : 1-MNS API support Google is asking to carriers to implement a new provisioning mechanism before end of 2022.The implementation of this API is mandatory for all carrier mode countries as signed with GOOGLE in Accesion Agreement contract This API will allow provisioning of customers with multiple sims (or sim swap), in wifi and will decrease the number of errors during provisioning process. The RCS provisioned base should increase considerably with this implementation.If countries do not implement it they will lose most of their RCS Samsung base. The license includes the support and developments for MNS API 2-Skill Center Managing relationship with Google: regular follow-up, troubleshooting and country assistance 3-Sharing RCS knowledge of the Group and countries This license includes participation in country workshops every 6 months and bimonthly user groups.During these meetings, Orange Innovation shares updates of market forecasts and for the Group, market trends, risks and opportunities in sight, strategic and external studies or Orange Innovation guidelines. It is also a place for exchanges between countries, good practices, successful and unsuccessful campaigns will be displayed in the Product Schedule. Example : project management/customer journey/technical support for the BUILD phase/technical architecture/contract management with third party/supervision/benchmark and KPIs and best practice sharing
