Solutions de reporting incluses (temps réel + à froid) Fourniture et maintien d'API Rest normalisées TMForum, exposées sur Orange Developer Inside et pouvant être consommées en self service et permettant création, modification, suppression de ticket OCEANE ou opérations SWAN : - OCEANE Trouble Ticket API - SWAN Change Request API Solution de dashboarding Principales applications CALIPSO SLA (OCEANE & SWAN): classe de service ultime 24x7 avec : Période critique: 99,7%: CET Lu-Ve 6h00-22h00 + Sa 9h00-18h00 - GRT = 1h00 + GIT avec GIT = 1h00 sauf de 20h00 à 22h00 du lundi au vendredi et le samedi de 9h00 à 18h00 où GIT = 2h00 Période non critique (reste du temps): 99,5% - GRT = 2:00 + GIT avec GIT = 2:00 10 sorties par an pour le développement d'applications OCEANE & SWAN en mode Agile / Devops Demandes d'évolution à adresser par RFC au Product Owner apparaitra dans l'Application Contract RUN. Préciser la Valeur Ajoutée d'Orange SA sur ce projet. Exemple : gestion de projet/parcours client/support technique en phase de BUILD/architecture technique/négociation de contrat prestataire/supervision/benchmark et partage de KPIs et de bonnes pratiques

Availability of TMForum Standardized APIs, exposed on Orange Developer Inside with self-service consumption capability, allowing creation, update, deletion of OCEANE trouble tickets or SWAN Change Request : - OCEANE Trouble Ticket API - SWAN Change Request API Main CALIPSO applications SLA (OCEANE & SWAN) : 24x7 ultimate service class with : Critical Period : 99,7% : CET Mo-Fr 6:00am-10:00pm + Sa 9:00am-6:00pm - GRT = 1:00 + GIT with GIT = 1:00 except from 8:00pm to 10:pm from monday to friday and Saturday 9:00am-18:00pm where GIT=2:00 Non critical period (Rest of the time) : 99,5 % - GRT = 2:00 + GIT with GIT = 2:00 10 releases per year for OCEANE & SWAN applications development in Agile mode / Devops Evolution requests to be raised by RFC to Product Owner will be displayed in the Product Schedule. Precise the Added Value of Orange SA for that project. Example : project management/customer journey/technical support for the BUILD phase/technical architecture/contract management with third party/supervision/benchmark and KPIs and best practice sharing
